Customized yoga sessions for your specific requirements. Get consultation and training from yoga experts and therapists for stress related problems to specific disorders and diseases such as hypertension, obesity etc. Sessions will be done online using Zoom or Google meet of 45 minutes extending up to 1 hour as per requirement. Step 1: After the plan is booked, a registration form will be provided so that you can fill in your details and requirements. Step 2: We will connect you with your therapist/trainer within 72 working hours of the payment time. Step 3: You consult with your therapist/trainer in the first session if you wish to share anything specific, otherwise, the classes start with practices. Note: The sessions are specifically designed for you considering your lifestyle and current practices. There has been research to support the therapeutic use of yoga for the last seventy years, at the least. pathya understands the use of yoga as a measure to enhance wellness and as a complementary treatment for several chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cardio-vascular diseases etc. Few things shall be noted: 1. All the practices and asanas used for the sessions will be designed as per the individual's abilities and capabilities, however, our therapist/trainer shall not be liable for any trouble or injury caused to you while practicing any specific asanas. 2. Our therapist/yoga trainer shall recommend you if more sessions are needed for your specific concern. 3. Please understand that sessions would require your efforts, the therapist/yoga trainer shall merely act as a facilitator and a model that can show you the asana, practicing and performing should be done seriously to make therapy beneficial for yourself.
