When can a refund be generated?

REFUND POLICY

Please go through the terms of refund for the money. It will help you with a better and informed decision making. However, if you wish to ask anything or confirm about any condition, you can reach out to us anytime you wish, drop us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Also, pathya holistic healing reserves the right to change any terms of service for a better and smooth process of helping. We will be informing through the website about any change.

Refund Policy

Situations in which full refund can be considered:

If pathya is not able to assign you the therapist within 4 working days of your registration and payment. Please Note, no therapy will be given, if you request us for the refund in this case.

Note: In case, you requested for change in therapist, assigning days will be counted from the time of your new request.

Please Note: If you wish to cancel it for any reason before taking the session, no refund will be initiated for the same. Please be sure that you really need to take the therapy before making any payments.

If you are unhappy with the services, no partial, or any refund will be given in this scenario. Only possibility which exists in this scenario is that we will consider to change your assigned therapist after carefully considering all the valid points and reasons. In this scenario, your therapy will resume from a new session, and no refund will be processed for the sessions taken previously.
- Note: Scheduling sessions is your responsibility, and not the therapist responsibility. In case your therapist is not giving you slots, you must message email us at info@pathyahealing.com.
Therapist holds the choice to change your appointment time, and slot in case of any emergency, or personal concern. No complaints will be taken into consideration for that.
If you are not present at the assigned time, you must tell the therapist 48 hours before the booked slot, or maximum before 24 hours of the scheduled time, failing to do so will cancel your session, and no refund will be initiated.
Session happens as per your intervention plan, and therapist has the freedom to choose the time slot for you. You can request the therapist to have the session as soon as possible, but therapist will have the final say in choosing the day and time for you.
